The SellerSprite Extension offers an exclusive Download Reviews feature, allowing you to export Amazon Listing reviews with just one click. This makes review analysis faster and easier, helping you quickly identify product strengths and weaknesses.
Note: Due to Amazon restrictions, you must be logged in to a buyer account to download reviews. Only the first 100 reviews per star rating can be exported per Listing, up to a maximum of 500 reviews.
How to Use
On the Amazon product Listing detail page, click the "Download Reviews" button to instantly export reviews for the current Listing.

After downloading, open the downloaded Excel file and filter to view categorized data by column.

Hi SellerSprite Support,
I’m using the paid SellerSprite tool to download Amazon product reviews, but the review download feature is only exporting around 8–10 reviews per ASIN, even when the ASIN clearly has many more visible written reviews on Amazon.
I already tried the basic troubleshooting:
Cleared browser cache
Logged out and logged back in twice
Refreshed the Amazon review page
Retried multiple ASINs
Confirmed the ASINs have many visible reviews
The issue still happens.
Please confirm whether this is:
A current SellerSprite export bug
An Amazon review pagination limitation
A marketplace/extension issue
Or an account-level problem
I need to download the full available review set for review analysis, not only the first few reviews.
