Subject: Query regarding UAE Marketplace support on Seller Sprite Dear Seller Sprite Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am interested in using Seller Sprite for Amazon product research. However, I noticed that there is currently no option to select the UAE (United Arab Emirates) marketplace in your tool. Could you please let me know if there is an alternative way or workaround to use Seller Sprite for the UAE market? Also, do you have any plans to add UAE marketplace support in the near future? Hello, I have a child account that’s part of a VIP plan, but for the past two days I haven’t been able to see the information displayed as shown in the screenshot. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in; I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Chrome extension, restarted Chrome and my PC, and I’ve made sure I’m properly logged in to both the website and the extension. Can you help?

Currently, all features are fully supported in 9 marketplaces: the US, Japan, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, India and Mexico. For other marketplaces, only partial features are available:
• Keyword data is supported in 14 marketplaces: US, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, India, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
• Sales data is supported in 10 marketplaces: US, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, India, and Mexico.
